We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product weight.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS through our shipping partner, Shiprocket.

  • You can track the status of your shipment in real time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, courier delays) may cause delays.

  • Prometheus Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the package remains undelivered, it may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

  • If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not accept the delivery.

  • Take a photo and contact us immediately at prometheusjewellery@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
