At Prometheus Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a 24-hour return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, labels, and any certificates (if provided).
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
Products that have been used, worn, or damaged post-delivery.
Customised, engraved, or altered jewellery.
Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.

3. Refund Terms

Refunds are provided only for verified damaged or incorrect items.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- A refund for the product cost only will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Prometheus Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product fails inspection or return conditions are not met.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Email prometheusjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images showing the damage or incorrect product
Our support team will assess your request and share the return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the return and shipping it to the address provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
It is advised to use a trackable courier service, as Prometheus Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
